Job Description

The Business Development Manager will oversee the full spectrum of business growth — from identifying opportunities and building partnerships to negotiating deals and driving revenue. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand LucrativeTECH’s market presence.

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnership channels.

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, and decision-makers.

  • Represent the company in business meetings, events, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies.

  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and partnership documents.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements for software development projects.

  • Manage end-to-end partnership pipelines and ensure successful onboarding.

  • Drive revenue growth through high-value deals and long-term engagements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.

  • Maintain accurate reports and forecasts using CRM and other business tools.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Partnership Manager, or similar role (preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital sectors).

  • Strong understanding of software development, mobile apps, websites, AI, or digital transformation services.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple growth pipelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet growth targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and online communication platforms.


Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience working in a software agency or technology-driven company.

  • Existing network within corporate organizations, SMEs, or tech communities.

  • Understanding of B2B sales frameworks and enterprise partnership models.

  • Ability to create pitch decks and business proposals.

  • Experience expanding businesses across multiple regions or countries.
